Business Development Manager UK


Profile 

An interesting position within a company developing and growing fast across Europe and in the UK, with a European HQ. Specializing in IT and AV mounting solutions, which is a growing market in the UK. Neomounts have a strong presence within the IT/AV distribution channel and is focused on development of resellers to achieve further growth and increase market share.

This is an field-based role with weekly office presence, based in Newhaven, East Sussex. 


Job description

  • Key focus on development of resellers to achieve business growth
  • Developing growth strategies and plans in line with Head of Sales
  • Creation and execution of strategic account plans
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
  • Increasing client base
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of product range and value proposition
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
  • Reporting on successes and focus areas
  • Support of internal initiatives
  • Maximizing sell out resources to identify opportunities
  • Attending customer meetings on a national basis; planning, presentation and follow up
  • Sales team engagement and floor walks
  • Attendance of exhibitions/events/networking
  • 70/30 field/office based role
You report to the Head of Sales UK & Ireland



Skills required

  • Knowledge and experience of IT/AV distribution/reseller channel is essential
  • Proven sales and business development experience to achieve targets
  • Ability to analyse sales data to identify target resellers
  • High level of computer literacy –Excel/PowerPoint
  • Strong administration/reporting skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Business acumen
  • Energy/drive to develop
  • Professional work attitude
  • Knowledge of online platforms would be beneficial
  • Ability to self-motivate
